This is an interim review.
The process so far has been excellent!
I had problems with my payment in that my intention was to place a deposit to secure my booking of my intention to travel to India. The system however processed full payment. I informed several people of the error which was quickly rectified to my satisfaction.
The agent Nutan in India, has been excellent! She has kept me informed continuously and timeously. She is highly regrded.
