I used Travellocal for planning 2 holidays. First in Costa Rica in 2019 (painless, amazing, knowledgeable) and second in South Africa in April 2020. Of course COVID hit in April and Travellocal handled this with great care, professionalism and amazing customer service. We received a 100% refund...honestly unheard during this crisis! They were so professional and trustworthy... unbelievable!! I am now considering our 2021 holiday and my only destination will be Travellocal to book this.
