Purchased 4 tickets for iFly. Only 3 got confirmation and 1 received a delayed in issuance of voucher. After numerous attempts they finally issued but the voucher cannot be used for iFly. The ticket is for my 8year old son. Traveloka said that voucher can be used for his ticket to attractions like USS, etc but not iFly with the rest of the family. Does it make sense to send my 8year old by himself to USS? I would advise everyone to refrain from using Traveloka. This is my first attempt using Traveloka and its my last! Extremely terrible service!
