I advise everyone don't use Traveluka, their customer service is not even helpful.
Our family of three bought tickets from Singapore Airlines no through Traveluka last week.
I wanted to buy another ticket for my child because the flight time is too long as I discovered there is another route comes with shorter travel time.
Singapore airline said that my ticket was sold at Traveluka, they need me to call Traveluka so that the reps can assist me on this.
First call, Traveluka's customer service officer told me to wait for their email.
Second call which is 3 days later, I called them again and they said they have not received the email from Singapore Airline.
Third call, 2days later, I still didn't receive it and Traveluka told me the same thing again.
I suggested them not to wait for the email from SQ and instead they could just call SQ directly to liaise with SQ customer service. Traveluka said they will contact the SQ specialist team and asked me to wait again.
Today, I still did not receive any updates from Traveluka and I called SQ directly and got them to resolve this issue on the behalf of me asap. Less than half a day, issue resolved.
Traveluka was not being helpful and they didn't even bother to update me at all. They have no sense of urgency and never put themselves in customers' shoes. This is so bad.
