THIS TRAVEL AGENCY IS HORRIBLE, I MADE A BOOKING FOR MY BROTHER IN 2019, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTED ME TO MAKE THE BOOKING BUT HE INPUTED THE WRONG RETURN FLIGHT DATE ON THE BOOKING DESPITE OF SHOWING IN THE ITINERARY THE CORRECT ONE. AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN, CEBU PACIFIC AGENT DID NOT RECOGNISE THE BOOKING AND FORCED MY BROTHER TO REBOOK THE TICKET AND INCURRED ADDITIONAL FEE. TRAVELOKA THAT TIME JUST PROVIDED US 1,500 PESOS FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
NEVER TO THIS AGENCY AGAIN!
