We booked a flight through them and had to change it due to unforeseen circumstances. When we called we picked a new flight, agreed to pay a fee, they said it was complete and we were good to go. 8 hours later we receive a call saying there’s only 1 seat on the flight and that we would have to pay quadruple what we agreed to earlier. This obviously was unacceptable because it we had already closed the deal earlier only for them to come back and try to leverage us into completely different terms. Also there is 2 of us so 1 seat isn’t an option. Basically what happened was they had said everything was complete but they are incompetent and waited 8 hours to contact the airline and when they finally did, other people had already booked the seats. To add insult to injury they refused to refund our money. They are the ones that made the mistakes but their customer service thought it was fair for us to bear the consequences of their failures. Buyer beware, this is a predatory company
