We downloaded Traveloka over 3 years ago,we supplied everything for the app, all our personal details all verified, 2 credit and debit cards, 1 from New Zealand and 1 from Australia, both verified by our banks from both countries, we own a Villa in Bali and need to top up electricity PLN token, very small payments about 30 USD,
Everytime we go to use our loaded credit cards they are blocked by Traveloka our banks say payment verified with a sms message to our phone we comfirm it.
We then spend the next 4 to 5 hours on Traveloka message app to sort out , everytime they say will contact fraud card services, then they come back a few hours later for my passport again holding up a statement in front of mirror stating this true and correct, then they ask me to take another photo of credit and debit cards showing the last 4 digits, after about another hour they will unblock the cards for few hours and then block again, we go over this same process every time, stay away from Traveloka if you have a overseas debit or credit card, I have fully removed the Traveloka app and will never deal with them again due to wasting so much of my life.
