I booked the ticket from traveloka and the airline was CANADA AIRLINE. CANADA AIRLINE suddenly rescheduled my flight after I bought the ticket, I received an email from traveloka and I was given the right to change the date or time of the flight if I don't like the reschedule made by CANADA AIRLINE or to get a refund. to connect with traveloka via chat is the most difficult and you have to wait for about 5-6 hours, to get their answer, and for each of your questions, you will receive an answer after 1-2 hours. (traveloka you need to fix this problem) back to the story when I made a request to withdraw because I couldn't follow the schedule, at first they didn't allow it on the grounds that Canada Airline decided to change the schedule. I tried to request a refund but it was not allowed because the tickets I bought from them (traveloka) cannot be rescheduled and refunded. first it's not my fault for rescheduling.
