I originally booked for July 9, 2024 time is 7:50 AM (Cebu to Manila) and then when I proceeded to pay for my ticket they issued me a ticket for July 9, 2024 time is 23:15. I was really shocked coz we will arrive in Manila around July 10, 1 AM. Where should we sleep? There's no early check in for our hotel that time. And the worst thing is I have a medical appointment on July 10, 9 AM. I tried to fix it by reaching out to their customer service and their agent said I need to wait for 24 hrs. Then I waited as per instructions. Passed 24 hrs, I message them again, but agent said I need to wait for more hours. And finally, the result came in that they cannot do anything about my flight. I am very devastated with what happened coz it is not even my fault at first place. Now I'm worried about our accommodation, I guess we will just sleep at the airport. Please don't book in TRAVELOKA, if you don't want to experience what happened to me.
