I couldn't believe what I just experienced with Traveloka. They just robbed my money just like any other people on the review. I took a trip from Bangkok to Malaysia after I worked there for 3 years. It's been 3 years since I haven't go home and Traveloka made my farewell with Thailand get worse. There was a hidden fees in the payment that really makes me upset about it. I also experienced a bad customer service from Traveloka. They said that there was not any problem with my trip and just ended the call after that. Traveloka surely robbed me in the most polite way LOL. I hope Traveloka could improve in the payment and customer service.
