This is the very first time I used Traveloka and I chose to neutral, because it does offers a lot of cheap ticket prices, like the one I bought when I travelled from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Bangkok, Thailand. But, there are a lot of things to improve so Traveloka could be my main travel app. For example, there was no clear baggage policy when I booked a flight. And the price of additional baggage was expensive too, It's like 80% of ticket's price. If Traveloka want to gain more customers, I think they should provide an airlines that give a cheap additional baggage policy
