I’ve used Traveloka a couple of times, and while I appreciate the wide selection of hotels and flight options, there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, customer support took longer than expected to resolve an issue with one of my bookings. That being said, they did eventually help me out, and the app itself is very easy to use. I’ll continue to use it for my future trips but hope they can improve the response time for customer service.
