That's all they do for the past 2 and a half months. They can't even get a manager on the phone nor give a definite answer,I am sure they enjoy holding peoples money ransom. I have spoken to the airlines and they have said they money has been refunded back to the company a while back unfortunately they still blame the airlines. Action Taken: --We sent a follow-up to our relevant team, and I am still looking for a supervisor or manager. Pending Items/Action: --Please expect a callback from one of our managers or supervisors. Kindly keep your lines open. Still they can't provide the necessary. Just give my money back you thieves. Won't be using your company again. Even the refund they are deducting 10 dollars as donation for their incompetence. I wonder how they are still in business
