My travel plan messed up due to schedule change by United Airlines. I was so upset and called Travelopod and got connected to Emma I did not even have any hopes before I talk to her. But she was so patiently worked with airlines agents and get me booked through different airlines. She is the best customer service agent that I ever dealt with.
