If I could give this travel agency a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. I originally booked tickets to India for June, but when I requested to reschedule my travel to May 15th, they quoted a $500 change fee. What’s frustrating is that when I checked directly with Air Canada, a new ticket costs only $635. It makes no sense why the change fee is almost as high as a brand-new ticket! This feels like an unfair pricing policy, and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for fair and transparent pricing.
