Told the agent name Sammy that my visa was rejected so I have to change the date of departure. I try to explain so many times why I have to change my tickets. Because if I fly out while my visa hasn't been granted. My application will be withdrawn and I wouldn't be able to get back to the UK. She didn't try to help at all. Only kept saying sorry mam.. we can't help you. You can keep this ticket or you buy new one. Is this really solution for customers who spend like £1000++ for the tickets??? How is this company still running business??? I should have read these reviews before I booked. What I have received was 3rd world quality of customer service in the 1st world country. Absolutely shocking.
