We haven’t even left for our holidays & our experience with you, after paying our tickets, have been a nightmare. A correction on a booking name misspelt by their agent is now a cost of £95 to have it rectified on our ticket. Complaints at this extortionate amount have now been stonewalled by the agent who dealt with our booking, who keeps fobbing us in an obvious show of calculated indifference.
