Everything was going well till I noticed that there was a misspelling on my son's name and my wife's last name had a letter that just needed removing. They asked for a fee of £100. We're as the airline would have done it for £10. Speaking to ex travel agents they have the options of charging the same amount. The fact that they just didn't want to charge less was so bad. After all the lady that sold me the tickets practically called me about 3 times just to see if I was still interested. She however was okay and accommodating or was she because she wanted my money. Lool. Either way from this exper6i will never use travel agents again to be honest this my first time and last time. I will be going to every review site to make people aware of these con artists.
