Booked flights this morning, entered all my families personal details and our bank details, payment confirmed with reference number. Few hours later still no email of confirmation!? Called them to be told they would ring me back.. no phone call.. phoned them back again to be told they werent going to authorise my booking as that price was "an offer price" and those seats were already sold and now price has more than doubled!!!! I booked the tickets as soon as i saw the advertised price, even got a reference code!!! Which they have now told me is void!? Absolute scam.. they now have all my personal family details as well as my card details!! And we have no flights!!!
