Booked my flight with them to Bangkok, they didn't email me my e-ticket 24hr later like they state they would in email so I had to call up to get them to do it. A month after booking they then emailed me saying to get in contact with them urgently because my flights had changed, after ringing multiple times I finally got through to someone who said I would get a call back in an hour, which I never did. I then had to call back again multiple times to their very unhelpful customer services to finally get through to someone, who then told me my flight times had been changed so i would no longer be able to catch my connecting flight. I was given the choices of a full refund or to get a flight three days later which is of no good. I stupidly said I'd have a think about it and give them a call back, this was three days ago and I have yet been able to get in contact with them. Would never book through them again!!
