Booked flights on their site. On the final page clicked pay, the payment seemed to go through, however I didn't receive any text or email confirmation. Called customer service and was told to call the bank in the morning and there would be no price difference. Bank informed me no payments had been made, went to re-book and the price had risen by £126! Called customer service back and they couldn't care less that their website had failed and customer services were making promises that they had no plans to keep. Terrible approach to customer service!
