Was stuck in New Zealand with Coronavirus cancellations left, right and centre, and although TT were unable change my flight (since there was nothing going) they did try to help, and they were the ONLY people that picked up the phone (forget airlines or other agencies).
They have a 24 hour contact centre. They are not a blue chip company, but I would use them again.
