Rip off merchants. During covid19 my flights got cancelled and they panicked me in to changing flights on the phone saying if I didn’t do it there and then I’d lose all my money. Charged me £500 more and flights were cheaper online when I looked best day and my airline confirmed they did this free of charge. Avoid this outfit.
