tt are a travel agent... Saying this extremely light.. As in fake.
They take your money... They do not inform you of any changes made to your flights, then they expect you to contact the airline directly to refund... They are the travel agent and legally they are you port of call for any help, information etc. But they won't help, unless you threaten them with legal advice.
They don't like to contact you, or respond to emails.
If u want a reply then email the ceo directly.. U soon get anwers!!!
