On the 27th of August we asked travelup to amend our flight from the 24th of November to the 5th of January 2016. The total price of our ticket for 2 people is £902.
They asked for £602 (which is two third of the original ticket price) to amend the flight date.
Their amendment charges are excessive and extortionate.
How do they justify such charges for few minutes work!!!!!
