Avoid avoid avoid, rude staff, useless customer service, I've waiting over a week for a response from a email, plus countless calls to the office, when you get through staff are rude don't think I heard one please/ thank you, although mostly couldn't understand anyway, worst company I have ever dealt with, and that's saying something!!!! Please book through someone else. Cheap flights are good, but I would have much rather paid a bit more and dealt with a decent company!
