the worst company ever I have dealed with. they are just looting. I have requested them to change my wife's flight from london to mumbai which was cost me 1024 £. After follow up one of the person from admin came back to me with some option, they were charging 454£ extra I told them ok as we have to travel on those dates and then right away he shared payment link with me, I paid within the time and requested to issue my updated ticket but now he is saying that price has been changed and asking to pay 300£ more. when I checked the same flight on their website the fare difference is just 200£ and now they are charging additional 754£. they mentioned in their advertise that book with confidence but its just on paper. My friends I suggest to book the ticket directly from airline at least they just charge only price difference based on current price. avoid such frauder
