No communication at all. I had a flight booking that was cancelled by the airline in Dec 2021, I therefore expected to receive a refund. I have spoken to customer service team several times on the phone and each time they promise that they will send an email to confirm that the refund is being processed but no email is ever received and nothing happens. Every time I get through someone on the phone I am told that Ben Murphy was dealing with it so I have to speak to him, why would you have a system that is based on individual employees being responsible for a booking? I have tried using the automated update system on the website but again no response. Over 3 months since original flight date but still no response. Every other travel agent that I used for this trip has refunded the various parts that were cancelled by different airlines and communicated with me throughout the process. Really poor customer service.
