DO NOT USE!!! Travel agents are supposed to make booking holidays easier travel up makes it considerable harder. Waited over an hour to speak to someone on the phone only to them be told that I needed to send an email to resolve my issue. I have sent an email over a week previous through the form on their website but got no response. Just don't bother.
