I was skeptical about booking with Travel Up due to some negative reviews, but I can honestly say that everything went perfectly with our booking. We booked a room at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana with Travel Up at a substantial savings over booking through the resort directly. Communication was good with prompt replies to all my emails. Mario Eric was my original contact and did a great job. We were greeted at the resort and everything was in order. I will definitely use Travel Up again without hesitation.
