I booked accomodation through travel up for the first time. The process was simple and their competitive pricing made it extremely tempting. The only point I was not comfortable was that travelup at times uses third party booking suppliers where they have little or no control over. I contacted Travelup re my issue and was aided by Faraz who was right on the ball and extreamly helpful. His communication with me was consistent and prompt.
