Hi…yesterday on 23/08/2022 at 08:30 am I missed my flight QR12, QR644 but ‘George Bailey’ he helped me so much, and is with me for 3 hours in the phone regarding to re-booked my flight of same day, he was so kind and humble and is explaining everythings to us, he did a great job, me and my mom is so happy about the service which he have given to us, the way he spoke to the customers and dealing with the client is very nice, he re-booked my flight on same day at 15:05 pm QR4, QR648 and I and my mom reached Nepal safely, thank you travel up and special thanks to ‘George Bailey’, in future if I and my family members need flight tickets I’ll definitely book from your company, thank you
