This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a travel agency! I have been lied to, given fake names and put out of pocket £300 due to what can only be described as their laziness and incomptence. I have been complaining for nearly a month now and their responses continually ignore my actual complaint! This is not good enough! I wish I researched prior to booking and seen the multiple similar stories to mine!
