Booking was straight forward, however our flight was then cancelled and altered without my knowledge. Takes a very long time to get through to speak to anyone in the admin dept, hang up and put you on hold without notice, was mid conversation on a few occasions and line just went on hold! Very rude! Staff not interested once they have your money, not worth saving a few pounds with all the hassle it comes with! Avoid!!!
