I booked two tickets from London to jeddah but they sent me via riyadh with 7hr stop over. Rang and emailed immediately but no response. Next day they first told me all flights to saudiair are indirect and then tried blaming me and saying they changes the flight details andand I should have checked.. refusing to amend or refund. Bank is now chasing them
