Use expedia ebookers instead! They at least offer you cooling off within 24 hours where you can cancel amend with no extra cost.
I made a booking and realised I made a mistake. I contacted them immediately and they charged me 100 plus 20 gbp for the credit card charges. Never again will I ever use travel up.
