I booked flights to Orlando from Birmingham (via Iceland) with Icelandair. On 6 Dec 2017 Icelandair cancelled all Birmingham - Iceland flights. I contacted travelup. They said they would get back to me within 48 hours with options. They didn't. I contacted them and asked for a full refund. They said it would take 6-8 weeks (we were flying in 9 weeks). Last Friday (1 week before we are due to fly) I received an email from Icelandair inviting me to book meals etc. I called travel again and spoke to David Rather. He said James Anderson had been forwarded my email and he would call me back yesterday (Saturday). I still haven't received a call. I can't decide whether some of their staff a deliberately obstructive or just incompetent. I would never risk booking with them again.
