Booked flights from Johannesburg to Rome. Went through to payment, received OTP and payment was debited to my account only for the booking page failing to refresh and then giving me an error. My bank confirmed the payment had been debited to my account however Travelup refused to assist and said they dont have anything on their side. I had to go through the whole ordeal of lodging a dispute with the bank to get my money back. There are horrendous reviews about this company on Tripadvisor airline blog....wish I had known earlier.
