I had booked a ticket via their website and once my ticket was booked I realized that my surname appeared in my name and my surname. I tried changing it with them but my ticket was cancelled (£500) and no refund given. I tried to explain that I would bear the additional charges but the only option they suggested was cancellation and rebooking.
DONOT USE TRAVEL UP EVER!! THEIR WEBSITE HAS ERRORS AND HAS COST ME £500
