Booked and paid for a flight on the 17th November 2017 to be told 3 days after by email that the airline has cancelled this flight. I was offered an alternative flight but it was at 6:00 AM I declined their offer as that meant my son who is 10 years and I have to be at the airport at 4:00 AM !! I phoned and explained that and I was told to email them with the my request to cancel my flight. An email arrived from Travel Up a day after to confirm my cancellation and to inform me that I should receive my funds after 8 weeks. After many emails and many phone calls with different rude staff I got my money back today (11 weeks to get my money back for a flight cancelled by the airline). I had to borrow money to pay for new tickets from different agent while they hold my funds!!
I would strongly advice people not to use Travel Up.
