Do not answer support emails. Had a medical emergency and travel up delayed and delayed until the deadline for changing my flight had passed.
Stopped replying to my emails, blocked me from their social media and refuse to refund the tax from the missed flight.. I'm not asking for a full refund, just what I am owed!
Avoid at all costs.
