This company is a bunch of crooks. I booked accomodation, paid a deposit on the basis that i could cancel. My email confirmation clearly states free cancellation. I went to cancel and the idiots quote me T&C's and now have STOLEN my deposit. They are just shafty crooks in my opinion & no-one should use them
