After receiving a 3rd change to our outward flights to America it would have meant a 6 1/2 hour lay over before our connecting flight. We asked if we could exchange our flights for a more agreeable arrival time at our final destination. Our Customer Service rep Liam Johnson managed to arrange a great exchange that reduced our layover time and gave us a perfect arrival time at our final destination. This was at no extra cost and handled efficiently and both my wife and I really appreciated the service we received.
