Booked a flight with a specific airline and paid more to do so. When booking was confirmed it was on a codeshare airline not the specific one we wanted and the agent knew how important it was to us. Then NUMEROUS schedule changes only communicated by the airline not Travelup and then the latest change has been communicated finally by TravelUp after we have known about it for a couple of weeks. Sorry Liam Johnson it’s not a positive review from us, you didn’t even respond to the concerns in my email!!
