Absolutely horrendous! Ended up charging me £557.85, twice! The room was only supposed to cost £272.18. The unhelpful phone staff stated, prices fluctuate. I stated, yes but not AFTER I click confirm! I've never written a review before, but I am so annoyed with this scam of a business. I asked if I was the exception, but the member of staff said, no people swear and shout at us all the time!
Stay away people and check your bank statements. 1 star, is 1 too many.
