I received an email from TravelUp after a month from booking our flights that one of our flights (10h) had been cancelled and that we had been put on a different flight. This didn't change our holiday plans at all and actually made it even better, as we were put in first class! Very efficient and quick customer service. Thanks Liam Johnson for making our honeymoon in December that little bit more special.
