I booked a flight to Australia on Philippine airlines via Travel Up. A few weeks after my booking I received an Email from Janki Kiri informing me that the airline had made a major change to my return journey and I was entitled to a refund. This refund has taken over three months to arrive. Janki has been amazing and has been regularly emailing the airline and also asked her manager Ken to become involved. The airline has finally told her that the refund has come through. I am very grateful to Janki for all her help in this matter together with her manager Ken. Without Janki’s persistence I may still not have received the refund. She kept me fully informed by email and phone at regular intervals. Huge thanks to her. Lynne Kirshen
