Emailed them several times to be told if I cancel my flight due to corona virus I will only get £11-£20 back in airport taxes. What a load of Boll@&% I have just checked on British Airways site and they are giving a free change of dates. But Travel up are saying this is only on New flights. So if you book your flight today to Italy you can change it..... If you booked it a month ago or longer then Travel up are saying you cannot. I am waiting back from BA to see if I can change or receive a voucher direct from them. I WILL NEVER EVER USE TRAVEL UP AGAIN
