Worst customer service ever! Do not ever book with this travel agent. I wanted to request for flight change to a later date but the phone line was kept engaged the whole day. I even tried to call first thing at 9.00 am when they open but the was still busy They are doing this on purpose - having their lines engaged as they are refusing to entertain any changes to flight bookings due to the Covid-19 virus situation!
I will be complaining to ATOL and ABTA about this extremely irresponsible and unreliable travel company!
