Horrible company. I've been trying to get through for days to cancel a flight due to recent travel restrictions, the line was always engaged, and no reply on email. I got through today to the call centre, where they constantly told me they're not authorised to deal with cancellations, they can't transfer me to the department that handles it, there's no way to contact them apart from email, the supervisor isn't available, the person in charge of my request isn't available, and basically doing anything they could to avoid handling my cancellation and refunding me.
They are scam artists and you should NEVER book from them.
